How to Set Up Your GCMVPN Account

Account Setup

1 Click on Login at the top of the page
2 Look for and click "Need an account? Sign up now" below the login form
3 Fill in all the required details in the registration form
4 Create your password
Your password must include:
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
5 Click to agree to the terms and conditions
6 Click Register to create your account
After creating your account, follow these steps to purchase your subscription:
7 Click Buy in the top navigation bar
8 Select your chosen subscription
9 Click Add to Cart
10 Proceed to Checkout
11 Review your pre-filled details
Please verify your phone number and surname are correct
12 If you have a discount code, enter it at the bottom of the page and click Apply
13 IMPORTANT: Tick all three boxes surrounding your card details
14 Enter your card details
15 Add your postcode at the end of the long card number
16 Click Confirm Payment to complete your purchase
If you are having trouble paying for your renewal, follow these simple steps:
  1. Log in to your GCMVPN account
  2. Navigate to the Billing section
  3. Select Payment Methods
  4. Click Add New Payment Method
  5. Enter your card details securely
  6. Go to Services → Invoices
  7. Look for the Pay Now button next to your unpaid invoice

Note: Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely.

Follow these steps to install GCMVPN:
  1. Download the App from you devices app store
  2. Follow the installation wizard prompts
  3. Launch GCMVPN after installation
  4. Enter your provided credentials

Tip: Make sure to close other VPN applications before installation.

Your system needs to meet these requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • macOS 10.15 or newer
  • Android 8.0+
  • iOS 13.0+
  • 2GB RAM minimum
  • 100MB free space
  • Stable internet connection
